Telemedicine and Teledentistry provide health care services and education over a distance through the use of telecommunications technology. It involves the use of electronic communications to provide clinical services to our patients without an in-person visit. These are frequently used for follow-up visits, management of chronic conditions, medication management, and a host of other clinical services.

Our electronic medical record will also be utilized for remote patient monitoring of chronic diseases, which will monitor and capture medical and other health data from our patients, and electronically transmit this information directly into the patient’s chart for review by your Family Medicine specialist in the center who can then provide necessary recommendations and instructions.
